working out six days a week

So I’ve taken three years off from training and running. I’ve missed it, but I’ve been busy with work, family and the house. The things I’ve forgotten are 

  1. How hungry I can get after working out.
  2. How crabby I can get after working out.
  3. How working out, propels you to work out more.
